The delivery is normally rescheduled for the following day, but you can contact the driver directly with the details provided on the delivery note to arrange a new date.

Packaging
We take particular care with packaging. Each boat is entirely wrapped in protective film, then protected by custom-cut polystyrene. The whole assembly is then placed in a cardboard box padded with polystyrene sheets. The sailboats are secured in a wooden crate, which is itself integrated into a cardboard box strapped to a pallet. Our packaging ensures safe transport! A final quality check is carried out before each product is dispatched.
A numbered "KIADE Maquettes Certificate of Authenticity" is then issued, guaranteeing the model's conformity.
