It is entirely handcrafted from noble materials: genuine wood and marine saddlery. All fittings are in polished and varnished brass, custom-made by jewelers.
10 coats of varnish are applied to achieve excellent gloss and varnish depth.

Bruce Crandall designed a large number of raceboats, of which this 1936 model is the best known.
It was a popular boat in the '30s, easy to handle even in rough waters.
It was designed for maximum speed.
The Class 135 Flyer was designed to carry most of the weight on the foreplane, so a wide afterplane was not necessary.
