History of this model:
In 1955, Chris Craft was very impressed by the evolution of sports cars.
The customers of these cars were looking for originality. Chris Craft's response to this demand was the launch of the Chris Craft Cobra, a true sports car on water.
Using new manufacturing techniques such as fiberglass to create a "stunning rear spoiler", the Cobra was one of the best boats produced at the time in its class. A simple interior, long deck, raked windshield, and many other sporty features still make the Cobra irresistible today.
Unfortunately its high price was a hindrance to its production, only 105 units were produced in 1 year. It came in 2 different sizes, 6.38m long and 5.47m.
Without any doubt the biggest Cobra was the most successful.
