This official model of the Océanis 46.1 is based on the original plans, in partnership with the Bénéteau shipyard.
The slatted deck is made of wood, the hull of polyester and fiberglass, and the windows and portholes of crystal plexiglass.
The chrome-plated or polished brass fittings are custom-made by a jeweler.
Airbrush application of 5 coats of paint and 2 coats of finishing varnish.
Support in shell-painted wood and chromed brass.
The model is delivered fully assembled, ready for display.

History of this model :
Based on a "Finot-Conq" design, the Océanis 46.1 retains the distinctive stepped hull of the 51.1. In addition to the marine performance and spaciousness that characterize it, this architecture makes maximum use of the cockpit's width. Safety and ease of use are enhanced by a remarkably efficient deck layout. The in-mast furling system, self-tacking jib and all halyards and sheets are controlled by a single winch at each helm station, making maneuvering easy for small crews.
